    • My writings are far and fewer between these days. At least I've started working on refining what I post.

    Steel Kisses

Do it right before I go insane
    Soft tissue under chin
Have to get my fix to ease the pain
Cold steel lips pointed to the heavens

Eyes sunk low anchoring on hell
Mind calming down but brain swells
    Take it to the grave
Cold steel lips kiss but never tell

Actions louder than words this time
    Anti sympathy a petty crime
Kissing me again with final thought
Ammo for the soul to chamber from box

    Squeeze the trigger gently
    Treat her like a queen
    You owe her your life
With a bullet to the brain

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
