    emotions soar

In ur eyes here i am drowning swept away,

wishing that here with u i myt stay,

    this warmth ur embrace,

this comforting blanket of sleep as i touch ur face.

    Drowned in moonlight,

swept by the seas of life,

as we rise into dawn's light,

    stars blush and shine.

World is blind to this simplicity,

set the nyt ablaze love burns brighter than the sun,

    angels envious of lovers stupidity,

    bodies tangled spirits now one.

    Colours dancing emotions soaring,

experience new levels lets go exploring,

    dancing in the starts,

while drifting past jupiter and mars.

Thoughts and rational notions all are lost,

i have fallen for ur love at any cost,

let me bask in our stolen time,

for in this moment our hearts bind.

    Drowned by moonlight,

swept by the seas of life,

as we rise into dawn's light,

    stars blush and shine.

    I'll kiss ur cares away,

keep me sheltered and this space always warm,

this love and for you my soul grieves,

keep me safe and far from life's storm.

    Colours dancing emotions soaring,

experience new levels lets go exploring,

    dancing in the stars,

while drifting past jupiter and mars.

this is so cool, i love the way you used alternate spelling for some words, very creative(might have to try that myself, lol). i love this one, simple but stunningly obvious. great work.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
