    Hold Me?

     My hearts breaking
    And I can't keep it together.
    I can't promise a lifetime.
    I can't give him forever.
    I just know I want to go back home.
    I want to be where he is...
    But I'm tired of always feeling alive then alone.
    Tired of the snow
    And of the ice cold.
    I hate the rain
    But I love it if for once more He's the one I can hold.

    Good job of depicting the battle between mind and the heart, what you know to be right for you and what you know feels so good to you. Breaking that cycle of up and downs only gets harder when you enjoy the ride.
