    Pending Forgiveness

     I am sorry.
    I've spoken it a thousand times.
    Written it in these lines.
    Given the words meaning
    And taken them away.
    How much more
    Can I say it?
    I am sorry!
    I can't say it anymore!
    And I've been begging
    For a reason to hold on
    Long after you're gone.
    But I Just can't.
    I cannot do this to myself
    Because I've said I'm sorry
    Over a thousand times.
    Written it in these lines
    And begged forgiveness
    But you are gone.
    And I'm sorry
    I've stayed waiting so long.

    Excellent.!!! took the words right out of my mouth.. i hate it when you try your hardest for someone to forgive you..and say it alot..and they just dont understand.. this poem is great.
