Ignatius Scrum
Once upon a darkened nightThe moon providing the only light
Slivers of which stabbed through the trees
Dimly lighting the path before me
When ahead of me I surely did see
A man there, lurking among the trees
I recognized him, he had lived in the villiage
Ignatius Scrum, a man so viscious
A horrible fiend, this everyone knew
He'd taken children and killed them, too
Ever since, we'd all been searching
For this man, who in the forest was now lurking
Do I confront him alone and take him in?
I don't know if I could overpower him
I could go back to the villiage and get some men
To help in catching him, this most evil man
But wait, what is that up ahead past him?
Three lights seem to be moving towards him
I move closer to aid in his capture
When just then the lights come brightly into view
I cannot believe what I see is true!
The light is not from torches
But from the souls of the innocent three
Three children he had taken, three children gone
But now they've returned and they're not alone
The children have found their killer
And brought with them they did
Three hounds of Hell, to take care of him
With coats of black and eyes of fire
The situation for Ignatius, just became quite dire
The three release the furious dogs
Which snarl and bite him and rake with their claws
And after nearly killing him, the hounds hold him fast
Each with an arm or a leg in its grasp
Then light from Above leads an Angel here
Who passes his judgement and it's what Ignatius feared
The hounds were here to take him to Hell
To rip him to pieces, which is just as well
And he'll spend eternity being kicked around be demons
And knawed on by dogs
His arms and legs laying around like logs
Feeling every bite, he'll spend eterity in pain
And never will he bring harm to a child again.
