    Poem Commentary

    This is a short synopsis of what happened to my wife on that day

    March 24, 2006


    In the meandering currents of what we call life,
    In the vicious torrents I had once found a wife.
    She was most beautiful without compare,
    Soft and tender with golden hair.
    Her voice put to halt all the evil all around.
    She had captured my heart in her little hand,
    I knew right then I would understand.
    A true love is what was so grand.

    We wed in just three months, she cried.
    I loved and cared for her three years,
    Our lives were joyfilled, our days were sweet
    Then one day she had gone to sing with angels.
    My life ended March 24, 2006 
    Due to a thing, I could not fix.

    Sad. Touching. I have felt some of your pain, in a different way. But I know where you are. I can't critique the poem, it would almost be blasphemy. I hope you find new bliss. Be well.

    Ohh.. wow.. this is a very touching and filled with emotions.. Its really good.. Im veryy sorry for your lost. I have recently lost my great grandma... I loved her very dearly.. I hope to read more of your poems.. but great write. --bush
