The Wars of The gods

The Wars of The gods

Behold you awaken to a brand new day full of hopes & dreams.
The idiot on the corner shouts,"Ain't nothing like it seems!".
You waltz through the door opening into the forever.
A vision of a New Years babe and the aged man dying never.

Shadows invade this space known as the mind of man,
Whilst the angels engage into battle as they can.
All the true terrors invade the dreams of innocence,
In which their horridly morbid curiosity  can not recompence.

Angels and Demons thunder and rumble through,
the endless and forgotten chasms known as you.
Amidst this tumultuous horrible calamity walks,
this forgotten  god at whom the angel eye gawks.

The idiot realizes his missed fortune to late,
Poor, destitute, foul and lost he accepts his fate.
Fires blaze within the eyes of said forgotten god,
He raises his hands then with a wave and a nod,

All of this is finished, over, and through.
The totality of this tragedy had began within
The love of you.
