    the nothingness of nothingness

     sometimes the world can be so cold and unkind
    there are forces that hurt my body 
    and injure my mind

    i am lost
    i have went off my familiar path
    now a recipient of the world's ungodly wrath

    i feel the pressure of a dragons' hot breath
    and i feel i have been down to the valley of the shadow of death

    THE NOTHINGNESS OF NOTHINGNESS

    i long to turn back the hands of time
    to begin this journey over again
    to restart my climb

    now slowly but surely my youth has been taken away
    it's too late to start over, too costly to repay

    discouragement hurts me more than the pain
    i feel broken
    i don't want the world to see me again

    THE NOTHINGNESS OF NOTHINGNESS

    my dreams have all faded
    and my music is a myth
    where are all my friends that i grew up with

    where is that strong voice
    once so strong in my head
    why do i now only wish i was dead

    can i rise up again in the midst of the ash
    or am i destined for hell
    where tongues thirst and teeth gnash
