    Poem Commentary

    This song represents God's unconditional, undeniable, undying, totally faithful love for us.  It is a revelation I FINALLY had.... That I WAS loved in spite of my flawed human nature... Praise the Lord.

    Unconditional (Song Lyrics)
    Verse 1:
    How could I,
    With all that I've done,
    Be loved by You?
    So righteous and awesome,
    I'm undeserving of Your mercy,
    Undeserving of Your grace,
    I'm so messed up,
    But, You love me anyway...

    Jesus died so I'd be worthy,
    Yeah, I'm forgiven because His blood was shed
    For me...

    Chorus:
    Unconditional, is Your love for me,
    Undeniable, You made me whole,
    And You set me free,
    I've been made worthy,
    And I'm covered by the blood,
    Filled up with Your spirit,
    All because Your love,
    Is unconditional...

    Verse 2:
    How can I,
    As weak as I am,
    Be used by You?
    The creator of man,
    But.. I.. will.. not.. be afraid,

    Gospel is always soothing and relaxing in stressful times and this one reminds me of a singing in church.

    being secure in the fac that one is loved by the one being that embodies love itself is an awsome feeling. We should be so lucky to realize this.

    Thanks! God gave me this one, meaning, I sat down with the idea and wrote it and put music to it in 20 minutes... it is truly a GOD thing when I write some of these Christian songs!
