    i wrote this many years ago.......while i was in love with a dark prince.....

    Your Dark Angel

     i have no wings
    no halo
    but you see me
    as your dark angel
    some how I've been
    by your side all these years
    you see me with dark wings
    and a black robe
    how can i be
    your dark angel
    when i have no good
    no evil or peace
    how am i
    your dark angel
    your light hidden in
    the shadows away from
    good and evil
    how am i your dark angel
    has broken wings
    a hidden heart
    lost soul
    while your dark angel
    sits in the shadows
    won't you stop
    i'm not your dark angel
    so don't call me
    your dark angel
    because i am not.....
