    This is how God cheers me up whenever I feel alone. Daddy always makes my life feel better. Thank you Daddy for giving me this poem. Thank you for caring about me Dad because I need you tonight.

    Daddy's Lullaby

     Don't cry, my baby girl,
    Don't you shed another tear-
    Dry your eyes,
    Go to sleep and don't worry,
    Daddy is here...
    Daddy will make it all better,
    Daddy will hold you tight-
    Don't be afraid to go to sleep,
    You will make it thru tonight-

    You will make it thru because
    I will hold you-
    We will kiss and say goodnight,
    You don't have to worry about tomorrow
    Because I will be with you all night...

    When no one understands you,
    And you feel you've lost your way,
    When you think you aren't important-
    Thats when I will hold your hand
    And say, You matter to me,
    You're my little girl and there's
    Nothing I won't do for you-
    So go to sleep, little one-
    Because I will be awake all-night
    Always Watching over you.

    I think a fathers role is to watch over just as our one father watches over us...what a beautifully written lullaby, your daughter must be so proud to have a father like you.
