    In Response to the current political situations in Afghanistan and the Burning of the Koran.

    Ignorance of One

    Hidden mysteries of the heart,
    What secrets do you hide?
    What hatred do you hold or
    What grudge do you bear-
    Does the name of Allah contain
    A precious shield that enables
    The soldier to seal their humanity
    In the depths of  "Holy" war?
    Is your place in Heaven truly gained
    By destroying Innocence?
    How merciful is Allah now?

    Complexities of the human mind,
    What thoughts do you possess?
    Radical living will be your answer
    Of what Jesus would do? Or the
    Doubts of what you hear inside
    Tell you that this statement is not
    True-Yet, you choose to ignore
    Obvious Wisdom which is still
    Calling out for you to re-evaluate,
    Is your place in Heaven truly gained
    By destroying Forgiveness?
    How compassionate is Jesus now?

    Shall countless lives be destroyed
    By the Ignorance of One?
