    Poem Commentary

    This poem is written because I'm confused about somethings in my life at the moment. I wont' share details, but this is my way to understanding this confusion.

    My prayer
    This girl I like, in a odd kind of way
    and yet we've never met
    I cannot hide, not from her
    I find this to be strange

    I've never seen her in my life
    only on a screen
    This darkness fades; it's now light
    Something from inside

    What is this, tell me God
    I am so unsure
    Help me God, Help me please
    Save me from myself

    I am here, and she is there
    and yet we are the same
    I'm not sure, what I should do
    I'm going to lose my mind

    I'm so confused, I'm so lost
    I don't know what to do
    She is there, and I am here
    How can we feel this way?

    We talk, we laugh, and we talk
    about what cannot be
    For I am here, and she is there
    I guess I'll never know

    Wanting the unattainable is the ultimate in masochism...not that this is your intent; It is that something inside us that makes us fall so hard for the lost cause, the married lover, the one we cannot have without supreme self-sacrifice...we are confused by our own desires...the heart wants what it wants and it doesn't give a damn about about feelings or common sense. Good write.

    I think it's only as confusing as you make it! Depending on how far away she is you can always plan a date to meet to see if the connection is as strong in person. If so, then the sky is the limit as to what can happen between the two of you. If you both keep your minds opened, the possibilities could be endless for you. Good luck Venom!

    awww does venom have an online fling in the making? Sorry not trying to beliitle your feelings; including the confusion. I can so relate to this. I agree it is confusing; Great write and expression of your feelings. I think writing about if nothing else makes it more real. very well done.
