    I once knew

                                              I once knew a love
                                 And now it seems to have never exist 
                                        Deep into a heart there of
                                      Mist from the eyes dismissed 

                                                Ever so gently 
                                        Tenderly kissing my cheek 
                                    Water flows to unknown empties  
                                       Heart slowly growing weak 

                                             I once knew a love
                                           Forever was my goal
                                            Greatful I once was
                                      Now remain memories to hold

                                            The love I once knew
                                             Knows me no longer
                                         Evaporated into skies blue
                                  Am I to kneel weak or stand stronger

                                                 I now ponder
                                        In hopes the tears will seize 
                                          I can't help but wonder
                                      Does heaven have a love for me

                                         Because I once knew a love
                                         And now I know it no more
                                        Wipe the tears poured for us
                                   Wait for love to again open it's doors
