    Mental Directions

                               Mind twisted up, spinning out of control
                                                Tornado
                                 Trying to find a direction to go
                                            It's ok though
                                    There's a battle within self
                                            Push and pull
                               Pacing through life, silent and stealth
                                            Heart is full
                                       Struggling with love
                                          Ups and downs
                                 Silent messages whispered above
                                          When I'm down
                                     Tears stream everyday
                                               Puddles
                              Trying to stay positive in every way
                                          Remain humble
                                 Do what I can to ease my pain
                                            Eyes blinded
                                     Faded memories remain
                                         Always reminded
                                Reminded of times dark and long
                                        Trying to find light
                                     Always ending up wrong
                                          Even when right
                                   Answers are a definate must
                                            No one to ask
                              In a troubled world, who do I trust
                                       How long will this last

    I like how you start off in a tornado of thought. I think this poem is how many people feel in times of hardship.

    I've felt like this quite a bit lately, like all I have is myself to depend on, no support system, and the stress is breathtaking, very good write friend, thanks for sharing.
