    Awakened

    I realize that
    I've been operating
    And approaching Life
    From within a shelter
    Egoic cavern
    And now I see
    The open field
    of
    Potentiality
    I feel Life
    I am Life
    Life is me
    I am in the Presence
    And the Presence is in All
    I feel my Source
    My Life
    My God
    My Universe
    Is felt within every cell
    Of my form
    And I am experiencing
    Every atom
    A shift has occurred
    A powerful movement
    Of Awareness
    A strong sense of freedom
    A soft knowing of peace
    Livingness
    Aliveness
    Is permeating every area
    Even my dreams
    And Life looks new
    A type of rebirth
    A new awakening
    I feel alive
    I feel excited
    The world has opened up
    And I have become it

    Except for the last two lines this is a wonderful poem with meaning in actuality. No one who knows the world system would really want to be on with it - or be it! Btter to be one with Him who never changes and is always Good! I like your thought process Trocka7. Kallen

    Hi, thanks for your feedback...the last two lines are actually my favorite, and they are not meant to imply that I have become part of any "system", only that I have become the the world of myself...the limitless possibility of Allness. thanks again for your feedback!

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
