    I love you 
    And you love me
    You said
    You care about me
    And you'd do anything
    To be with me.
    I told you 
    About my problems
    And you know about my family.
    So I asked why you would
    Go through all that.
    And you said,
    I would do anything 
    To be with you.
    And there's nothing to go through
    I said there's 
    Prettier,
    Skinnier,
    Smarter,
    Older, and 
    More interesting
    Women you could be with 
    Instead of me.
    And you took my breath away
    When you said 
    Not to me.
    So here we stand 
    In this world 
    Forever apart
    And 9 hours away
    I'm 16
    And you're 27
    I'm confused in this screwed up world
    And I'm fed up with my family.
    All I'm clinging to in this lifetime
    Is you,
    Lost in this forbidden love.
    You chose me 
    Over everyone else.
    What did I do?
    Am I that special to you? 
    I'm just making this life harder for you 
    But you said I'm worth it.
    I'm confused in this world 
    And lost in this forbidden love.
