Singing Walls
If life is but a misery,
I never will come down;
I want to leave a sad song
And exist amongst the clouds.
If I could say I'm sorry, well,
I'd say it 'till the end;
Wherever there's a mystery,
There's something to be said.
And maybe all these walls we build
Are more than just defense;
Maybe there's a message there
That all of us posess.
Amongst the clouds these walls
Still echo on inside my chest;
At the bottom of it all,
Maybe love is always best.
