The Illusion Of Change
The clouds have all retreated,
Backwards and out of sight.
The leaves snug in their sunlight
Shall bounce amidst the wind.
Their posture is of smiles;
The essence all unriled.
Like the darkness that's unraveled,
The uncouth cold has gone.
Though we've just begun to see,
It has been here all along.
