A Twist In My Bend
All eyes staring,
There's nothing to see.
I turn to glass,
And they see through me.
It's all let out,
My stomach's in pain.
I run away,
Though it's all in vain.
I find myself
In the strangest place;
I look in the mirror
But I can't find a face.
There's no return,
Nothing is safe.
We go circles 'round
With two roller-skates;
For the weather today,
The clouds contemplate.
Sunrise to sunset,
We carry our weight.
Life upside-down
Is a scary fate.
