    Poem Commentary

    Today is the release day of my last song recorded by our band
    Begets of Autumn in 2001 on the 6th day of Dec.
    This is in the honor of my brothers in music, and arts.
    Daniel on guitar, David (He is Singing this song)on Drums,
    and me John E on Bass, and back up vocals.
    This is was a song (out cry) for our soul mates...

    To Be With You

    To be with you,

    On Earths white sand

    My night candle is now lit

    The wind is still on this lonely beach I sit

    Just to hear the oceans music I hear your melody

    And what it says to me

    I look to the stars and see your story

    I want to be touched by your flames

    Burn me I’m not to be blamed

    I'll do everything so you can see

    To Be With You, You and only you

    Everything I do to be with you

    And now you know it sets my soul on fire

    to be with you



    May the flame dance the magik at its will?

    Become a two-flame candle romance in the night

    The magik is calmed with a chance that we might

    Be together on the this earths sands our entire life

    Desire for your touch the flame stands still

    Waiting for your blown kiss to flicker on its will

    I want to be touched by your flames

    Burn me I’m not to be blamed

    I'll do everything so you can see

    To Be With You, You and only you

    Everything I do to be with you

    And now you know it sets my soul on fire

    to be with you

    To be with you


    To be with and only you is what I dream

    To be with you holding hands thru time.

    To Be with you on this earths' sands our entire life

    If only all our men that we love could serenade us women with words like these~I don't think anything (other than being nice and picking up after the house, etc) could excite a woman more than a man either writing, or reciting a poem to her with flowers and all that romantic stuff~it just makes us like jelly and is really a gift a man can and should give in return for what the woman gives. Beatutiful.

    John, I think you posting this dedication to your band-is just the perfect notion a writer of you calibre could do! Your band's so talented, and I know it is a part of your life-you hold so very dear! They were crazy lucky to have you! Thank you so much for the cd and tshirt.~now,on a lighter note..wanna play rockstar/groupie again?-wink.lol.

    I listened and found the music to be be haunting. I read the poem and found it be a devine poetic song of love.

    Seems like you have a way with the ladies...or should I say lady? lol. I understand...this is heartfelt and contains deep emotion...the fires of the passion be upon ye. I am sure you received great accolades for this one.
