    When The Laugh Cried and the Cry Laughed


    The future walked towards them as they stood by the crowd;

    And they looked at each other and turned silent

    The past walked away and looked them in the eye

    That’s when the laugh cried and the cry laughed out loud

    love your words,everytime i read them my mindset goes deep into my consiecnce making me want to feel something not sure what but i know i try n see into the meaning that i feel you have put into these words,,ty crusin60

    Wonderful John really amazing. The future becomes the past, the joy becomes tears and tears become madness (laughing out loud)...That is what I get from it. I love it "10" !!

    A poetically rich surrealist poem of deep creative space and form. The movement here is of two transformations needing to happen as one: from or in another time and space. Dreamy and surrounded by undefined writing beauty.

    I read and reread and figured that the past and future collided as two lovers happened to meet by chance in a crowd. And, they really scurried away in two opposite directions while they hysterically laughed and cried and laughed and cried. Of course this is not my twister or about me but you sure got me going. Definitely give this bard a ten.....................
