    FIVE SENSES OF LOVE

     I hear you when you cry,
    At the first drop that hits the ground,
    I feel it when you jump,
    Startled by the flash from the lightning,
    I see it in your eyes,
    Dark and sad like the clouds that fill the sky,
    I touch you lightly,
    Yet your body trembles with every crash of thunder,
    I taste your rain,
    As it pours down upon my face,
    With your head on my shoulder,
    You hold me tighter with a strength I didn't know you had,
    You are frozen in my grasp, Molded in ice,
    Every feature, Every tear, Every sigh,
    Every breath you take belongs to me,
    As I belong to you, Till another storm comes.

    I like this poem... simple and not complex... and strong ties... Your first sentence really brings home the sensitivity you have for your love... with intense closeness... the poem ends as changing when abruptness separates...with the lingering thought that the separation is temporary.
