    Shards of ice pierce my heart



    I see the contempt in your eyes
    They’re dark
    ~obscure~
    ~leaden~
    Why do you want
    ~To do me like that~
    Pretentious Soul
    Are you lost
    I never laid eyes on you before
    I’m dreaming
    A night mare
    Of utter disgust
    ~Condescension~
    Penetrates the night
    Impact hits hard
    My wings unfold
    I take flight into the night
    Soaring high into the starry sky

    I awake to the sound of birds
    Singing a flawless song
    Giving Praise to a glorious
    New Day
    It was only
    A nightmare
    Thank God
