Betrayed
This betrayal-
marking
my heart black-
making me
stone cold.
The pain
cutting into
my heart-
the blood
seeping forth,
spreading
ever more
outward.
This ice-
touching
everyone
I meet,
turning them away.
In the end,
you are
to blame
for teaching
me I cannot
trust anyone,
not even
my Beloved-
for you
are the one
that betrayed me
and smashed my Heart.
