Your anger
Your words speak sweet
but like rainclouds rolling in
they turn black in a flash.
Your anger-
like the torrents
of the sea waves
toss everyone about.
Rolling from side to side,
tripping over each other
trying to hide from the storm
of your anger.
Clouds cover your face
as anger rains down on it,
tensing your body against it.
Seeking shelter,
I wait for the thunder to stop
and your storm to subside.
