    shouting silently

     Shouting silently,
    choking on these words
    that are fighting to get out.
    Frustration welling up,
    breaking me down,
    tearing me into pieces.
    This burden weighs me down,
    I have to tell
    you these things
    that is pounding in my chest.
    These things that are
    fighting so-
    I speak,
    your ears close-
    you shut me out
    and again
    my feelings are lost to you.
