    This is one of the older ones from my mid teens.

    The First Thoughts Of Love
    Could you be the one:

    I've been searching for in my dreams
    I need in my heart
    to make me complete
    Who will come to me in times of need
    Who can unlock my soul and set me free

    Could you be the one:

    Who was sent to me
    like a gift from above
    Who can bring an end
    to this search for love

    Who can fill my soul
    with passion and desire
    making me want to be a better man
    by inspiring me to climb higher

    Could you be the one:

    Who is a sight for these sore eyes
    and will dry away the tears when they cry
    For whom I have lived
    a thousand lifetimes to find
    and will gladly spend the remainder of this one
    by your side

    You could be the one

    This is so sweet...For whom I have lived a thousand lifetimes to find and will gladly spend the remainder of this one by your side ,,,I like the idea of living and living again until you find the one...love the classy style...:)

    Maybe you should change your name to cupid! Your words strike straight to the heart of a woman! This is one of the most tender,beautiful poems I have ever read.Truly you shine brighter than most! I loved it! 10+from me.
