    The Name of Jesus

     I know this hurt
    Won’t last forever
    I know my life
    Will get better

     I’m going to have
    To pull myself up
    And get out of the
    Same old rut

     I can’t keep letting
    Life drag me down
    Time to wipe away
    This gloomy frown

     I have to reach down
    Inside this hole and
    Somehow pull myself out
    Then take time to shout

     I was immersed in
    All of life’s troubles
    Now my smile is
    Full of bubbles

     Joy has enriched
    Me to the core
    Happiness is just
    Through the next door

     Now that I am
    Empowered by Jesus Name
    My life will
    Never ever be the same

    A wonderful expression of faith and thankfulness. I too am so glad that Jesus is alive to help us bear our pains as He guides us through this life.
