Virtue
No virtue lies in doing rightWhen its the easy thing to do.
Without a bit of sacrifice
Distinction won't ensue.
But when its hard to do the right,
And we still do it anyway,
Then honor surely follows us
And virtue crowns our day.

This morning's ferry poem. This is something I always tell my kids....When its the easy thing to do.
Without a bit of sacrifice

- thank you for sharing this I was in a spot where I am trying to do the right thing and its hard and painful yet I know its the right thing to do and this kindof hit the nail on the head of what I needed to hear before I stopped and tryed the wrong thing so thank you.
